One of my kids said, "you should go to so and so because he's local." They were also more expensive. I came back 🤓 I always get excellent customer service at Raceway. Always recommend them.

For any of the car work I don't have the time, tools (or skills) to do myself, I take my vehicles exclusively to the Ankeny Heartland Tire and Auto. I tried them after getting fed up with another local competitor years ago and have not regretted the decision. Ryan and Rich provide outstanding customer service and do a great job of explaining the options around the work needed. They go the extra mile to get a problem solved. I have not experienced any issues with the Ankeny shop that were not fixed right the first time and have had plenty of work done with them over the years.

Always a pleasure going to the Ankeny Heartland Tire store. Ryan/Rich are always very welcoming/accomodating. As are all of their mechanics/techs. They always tell me if I need this/that. Or, would recommend things that I may need in the near future. Prices are more than fair. And, they always get my vehicles in/out in a timely manner. They are very easy to work with. Recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have been a customer for several years at the Waukee location mainly because of the so courteous, kind, very polite, and friendly Kelly and Shawn that work there!! I feel like These guys really care about there customers they have went above and beyond to help me out with whatever I needed to be done.Trust is a key word in the mechanic industry and that they are!!! I look forward to many more years of great service from this outstanding crew and location.This shop is always very clean looking when I have to wait on my service makes me feel right at home.Thank you so much for all you do your simply the best!
