I was towing my travel trailer on the interstate when two tires exploded. Being from out of state and unfamiliar with the area I was fortunate to discover Heartland Tire. The tires I needed were in stock and were quickly installed. The service from Kelly and staff was very professional. I am grateful for the service provided and.was soon able to continue my trip. Thank you Kelly.

This place is awesome, friendly staff, great prices, and a staff that definitely has a handle on what they are doing. I have never had such a good experience buying tires as I had here. They make it simple, quick, and easy, they don’t nickel and dime you to death with all these charges for disposal ,installation,certificates for non warranty damage. I will be back!!!!

We used Heartland Tire and Auto in Waukee twice in one week and will be back because of their excellent customer service, honesty and excellent workmanship. We took our son's car to another establishment and left with it being in worse condition than what we brought it in. We called Heartland Tire and Auto from the other establishment and they were willing to stay open so we could get it there to be looked at the next day. The next day they called and were honest and actually fixed the original problem. We then dropped our daughter's car off and they called and told us they could not find anything wrong with the car despite extensive testing. Heartland Tire and Auto has earned our business.

Heartland in Boone has been great to work with the past couple years. We switched to Heartland when another local shop starting treating my Wife & Daughter different than when I came in. They always demanded they do unnecessary repairs. These guys always treat us right & are honest with us every time. They treat us all the same no matter what our knowledge level is on a vehicle's service. Thank you for being honest & fair!

First-time customer this morning, a Saturday, and Kelly and his team got me in right away! Super-impressed with the entire experience, including the pricing, but more so the customer service! WILL be back...
