Heartland Tire & Auto Center disposes of used tires in an environmentally friendly way.  We've partnered with Greenman Technologies to find solutions to the problem of scrap tires.  After processing, used tires can be used in a variety of ways including: Fuel Chips, crumb rubber and rubber granules for use in such applications as turf substrates, playground surface products, horse dressage arenas, rubberized asphalt and many other products.  The steel is also reclaimed and sold for different applications.  Heartland Tire and Auto is doing it part to protect the environment.
